We are sad to announce that on March 9, 2022, at the age of 72, Sandra J. Metras of Chicopee, Massachusetts, born in Holyoke, Massachusetts passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph A. Desforge and Shirley V. Desforge Holland (Laverty); her sister Sheila Robillard; and her brother-in-law Arthur Stairs. She is survived by: her husband Kevin M. Metras; her children, Robert S. Miller, Jr. of Chicopee, Robin M. Hernandez (Juan) of Chicopee, Steven R. Miller of Russell, Sherry L. Sorbi (Randy) of South Hadley, Kristen L. Lambert (Paul Ducharme) of Chicopee, Lauri A. Lussier (Scott) of Belchertown, Joshua M. Metras of West Springfield and Heather M. Rusiecki of Springfield; her sister Patricia Stairs of Westfield; and her former husband Robert S. Miller, Sr. of Holyoke. She is also survived by nephews, nieces, cousins, numerous friends and extended family.
