Kusek (Krzyminski); his brothers, Robert Kusek of Holyoke and Michael Kusek of Cummington; his niece Amanda Kusek (Frank Hanley) of Queens, NY; his nephews, Christopher Kusek (Kim) of East Greenwich, RI and Jonathan Kusek of Holyoke; his close friends, Thomas and Doreen Phelan of Chicopee; and also, Daniel Phelan and Marsha Vaughn (Jay).
