He was predeceased by: his siblings, Louis, Joseph, Richard, Paul, Daniel, Edward and Annemarie Jendrysik.
He is survived by: his wife Martha P. Jendrysik (Matuszek); his children, Paula Lamarre (Leonard) of Chicopee and Ronald J. Jendrysik (Lyn) of Millbury; his grandchildren, Nicholas, Rachel Lamarre, Emma, Ava and Anabelle Jendrysik; and his sister-in-law Elizabeth Matuszek.
