It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Roland Joseph Riel of Chicopee, Massachusetts, born in Holyoke, Massachusetts, who passed away on November 2, 2022, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Leopold Riel and Rita Riel (Lussier); and his brother Raymond Riel. He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth J. "Betty" Riel (Dudrick); and his sister Sandra Lynn (Louis) of New York. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, in-laws, and many godchildren.
