He was predeceased by: his parents, Leo W. Provost and Emily S. "Millie" Provost (Brach); and his wife Patricia A. "Pat" Provost (Rzeszutek). He is survived by: his children, Tammy A. Kibler (Anthony) of Chicopee, Richard R. Provost of Chicopee and Ryan A. Provost (Sara Rajabi Provost) of Boston; and his grandchildren, Jessie Provost, Emily Kibler, Allie Kibler and Sam Kibler.
