He was predeceased by: his parents, Raoul Desrosiers and Agnes Desrosiers (Froncur); his brother Norman Desrosiers; and his stepbrother Frank Downey. He is survived by: his wife Beatrice Desrosiers (Cruz); his son Mark B; his grandchildren, Sarah Cannon (Michael) and Matthew Desrosiers (Morgan); his great grandchild Anna Desrosiers; and his nieces, Donna Barree and Jan Flynn.
