He was predeceased by: his parents, Victor George and Mary George (Viele); his wife Dena Grimes; and his siblings, Robert, Leo, James, David, Donald, Alice, Elizabeth, Rosemary and Linda.
He is survived by: his former wife Christine George (Austin) of Westfield, MA; his brothers, Philip M. George and Harold George; his children, Vicky Weimer (George) of Monson, MA, Melinda Harold (George) of Melbourne, FL, Victor George of Westfield, MA, Christopher George of Chicopee, MA and Charles George of Granby, CT; and his grandchildren, Marlena Harold, Jennifer Harold, Justin Dunbar, Cecelia Harold, Damien S. George and Polly M. George.
