He was predeceased by: his parents, Edgar E. Bouchard, Sr. and Arline E. Bouchard (Jarvis); his brother Edgar E. Bouchard, Jr. (Gloria); his brother-in-law Walter "Jake" Doyle; and his nieces, Michele A. Bouchard and Debbie Lee Bacon.
He is survived by: his sister Annette E. Doyle of Chicopee; his nephews, David Doyle (Suzanne), James Doyle (Emily), William Doyle and John Bouchard (Laurette); his great-nieces, Monique Bouchard and Heather Doyle; and his friend Jane Mackay. He is also survived by cousins, friends and extended family.
In lieu of flowers, his family requests that memorial donations be made in his memory to the Boston Children's Heart Foundation, 300 Longwood Avenue #217, Boston, MA 02115.
