Pajak (Stephen) of Wilbraham, Joseph R. Perlak and Anthony J. Perlak (Andrea); his granddaughter Stephanie Firely (Christopher); his great grandchild Logan; and his grandchildren, Matthew Pajak (AnaMari), Samantha Pajak, Michael Perlak, Anna Perlak, Claire Perlak, James Perlak and Nathaniel Perlak.
