He is survived by: his wife Kathleen Pelland (Bullens); his sons, David Pelland of Farmington, CT and Brian Pelland (Stephanie) of Beverly, MA.; his grandchildren, Julie, Jeffrey, Samuel and Marley Pelland; and his sister Louise Pearce of Myrtle Beach, SC..
