He was predeceased by: his father Andre Blais. He is survived by: his mother Louisette Blais; his wife Ethalee L. Gendron; his son Nickolis A. Blais (Nuria) of Wilbraham; his granddaughters, Quinn Blais and Grace Blais; his brothers, Eric Blais of Chicopee and Timmy Blais of Chicopee; and his siblings-in-law, Angel Ford (Ronald Lee Ford) of Belchertown, Alice Lyke and Ricky Lyke of Tennessee. He is also survived by nephews, nieces, cousins, friends.
