He is survived by: his wife Sandra Lee Fontaine (Kennison); his son Michael Fontaine of Whittier, CA; his brother Thomas Fontaine (Barbara) of Chicopee; and his nieces, Kristy Reed and Kimberley Stewart. He is also survived by many other nieces and nephews.
