He was predeceased by: his parents, Anthony Osienski and Josephine Osienski (Such); and his brothers, Edward and John Machos. He is survived by: his wife Hedy Osienski (Heinrich); and his children, Deborah Leonczyk of Huntington, Richard Osienski (Rayann) of Worthington, Steven Osienski (Linda) of Bennington, NH and Hans Osienski. He is also survived by caregiver; and his cherished grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
