He was predeceased by: his parents, Ellsworth Elmer and Anne Elmer (Stepczyk); his significant other Rose M. Elmer (Crochiere); and his brother David Elmer. He is survived by: his children, Robin M. Clark (John) of Chicopee, Richard B. Elmer (Tina) of Westfield, Ross A. Elmer (Pamela) of Chicopee and Renee A. Coppolo of Enfield; and his grandchildren, Amanda, Timothy Clark, Emily, Hannah, Richard, Joshua, Jakob, Jessica Elmer, Kayla, Karissa Coppolo and Tiffany Menard.
