He was predeceased by: his parents, Israel Lapierre and Blanche Beatrice Lapierre (Comtois); his wife Theresa Lapierre (Dorval); and his siblings, Adrian, Donald, Vincent, Yvette, Bernadette, Gertrude, Florence, Frances, Theresa and Anita.
He is survived by: his children, Marcel Lapierre (Ann) of Chicopee, David Lapierre (Dawn) of Belchertown, Michele Snizek (James) of Belchertown and Lisa Lapierre of Chicopee; his great grandchildren, Nicole (Adrian), Jacob, Jaime, Justin (Helen), Amanda (Zavier), Joshua and Lauren; his stepgreat-grandchildren, Maxwell and Bexley; and his brothers, Daniel and Roger. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren, many nieces and nephews.
