He was predeceased by: his parents, Odina J. Potvin and Laurencia Potvin (Chapdelaine); and his brother Donald Potvin. He is survived by: his wife Simone L. Potvin (Boileau); his sons, Raymond D. Potvin and David J. Potvin; his stepson Allen E. Spenser; his grandson Justin Potvin; his sisters-in-law, Cecile Durocher, Claire Minarik and Anna Potvin; and his cousin Richard Chapdelaine. He is also survived by nephews, nieces, cousins, extended family members and friends.
In lieu of flowers, his family requests that memorial donations be made in his memory to Saint Joan of Arc School, 587 Grattan Street, Chicopee, MA 01020.
