He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernest Samson and Marie Samson (Guilbault); his wife Gloriann R. Samson (Domin); his siblings, Edward Samson, Francis Samson, Lillian Fitzell and Marguerite Quesnel; and his half-sister Claire LaFlamme.
He is survived by: his children, Christopher E. Samson of Chicopee, Peter M. Samson (Maureen) of Chicopee and Melissa A. Kingsland (Christopher) of Amesbury, MA; his grandchildren, Ashley (Joe), Brittany, Pepere, Delaney and Alexandra; his great grandchildren, Blake and Boone; and his sister Marie Moriarty of South Hadley. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
