He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Page and Irene Page (May); and his siblings, Charles Page and Patricia Detlor. He is survived by: his wife Joanne M. Page (Maziarz); his daughters, Vicki Russo (Jason), Jennifer Dumas (Chris), Kristine Catarino-Owens (Garrett Owens) and Kimberly Catarino; his grandchildren, Emily of Jillian, CJ, Matthew, Ian, Eli and Evan; his great grandchildren, Scarlett and Theodore; his brothers, William "Bill" Page and David Page (Matthew Schuster); and his pets, Bentley and Bradley. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
