It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Patrick Murphy (Chicopee, Massachusetts), born in Johnstown, Pennsylvania, who passed away on June 6, 2021, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Patrick J. Gohn and Adaline R. Gohn; and his wife Emily Shaffer-Murphy. He is survived by: his children, Keith Murphy of Chicopee, Cindy Simis (William) of Springfield, Kimberly Murphy (Jeremy) of Westfield and Patrick Murphy (Keisha) of Arizona; his close friend Diane Powers of Chicopee; his grandchildren, Makenna Simis and DeAndra Roy; and his nephews, Adam, Ronald Pebley of Chicopee and Scott Pebley.

The family asks that flowers be omitted and donations be made to the Shriners Hospital, 516 Carew St., Spfld, MA. 01104.
