Welch (Geoffroy); his children, Kevin M. Welch (Michele) of Fort Worth, TX, Patrick G. Welch (Oveta) of Collierville, TN, Philip E. Welch (Maria) of Springfield and Kathleen A. Couture (Joseph) of Ashby, MA; his sister Ethel DeBakker (Peter) of Harwich; and his siblings-in-law, Arthur Geoffroy (Rita) of Holyoke, Robert Geoffroy (Carolyn) of Michigan and Joan Gagne of Granby. He is also survived by nephews, nieces, cousins, extended family members and friends.
His family requests that memorial donations be made in his memory to Saint Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 Saint Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105-9959.
