She was predeceased by: her parents, Rene O. Moisan and Marie J. Moisan (Paulhus); and her husband Steven Slosek. She is survived by: her sons, Matthew Slosek of Chicopee, Christopher Slosek of Chicopee and Daniel Slosek (Michelle) of West Springfield; her siblings, Kevin Moisan (Grace Bryda) of Chicopee, Brian Moisan of Chicopee, Denise Harrison (John) of Burlington, CT, Darlene Kosak of Chicopee and Marie Pires (Mark) of Chester; her granddaughter Brianna Slosek (Trevon); and her great grandchild Alea.
