Patricia A. Hortie Obituary
The memory of Patricia A. Hortie of Chicopee, Massachusetts, born in Holyoke, Massachusetts, who passed away on February 4, 2025 at the age of 85, will forever remain in the hearts of those touched by this precious presence in their lives. She was predeceased by: her husband Robert L. Hortie; her sister Roberta Bennet; and her parents, Origene Jean (Curly) and Irene St. Jean. She is survived by: her children, Sharon LeBlanc (Shawn), Mark Hortie (Kathy), Robert Hortie (Nena) and Laura Bergeron (Stephen); and her siblings, Lucille Sennett, Suzanne Counter and Edmond St (Skip). She is also survived by ten grandchildren, fifteen great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Saturday, February 15th 2025 from 8:00 AM to 9:30 AM at the Barry J. Farrell Funeral Home (2049 Northampton St, Holyoke, MA 01040). A procession was held on Saturday, February 15th 2025 at 9:30 AM at the same location. A Mass of Christian burial was held on Saturday, February 15th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. Rose de Lima Church (600 Grattan St, Chicopee, MA 01020). A burial was held on Saturday, February 15th 2025 at the St. Rose de Lima Cemetery (600 Grattan St, Chicopee, MA 01020).
