He was predeceased by: his parents, Gerald O'Neill and Annette O'Neill (Chatigny). He is survived by: his wife Claire O'Neill (Helie) of Chicopee; his son Kevin O'Neill of Jacksonville, FL; his stepchildren, Gary Perreault of Chicopee, Karen Perreault (Edwin Montes) of Monson and Lynn Grise (John Grise) of Hollis, NH; his siblings, Michael O'Neill (Linda) of Southampton, Gerald "Gerry" O'Neill (Carla) of Kansas, Kathleen Benoit of Chicopee and Maureen Ryan (Billy) of Belchertown; and his grandchildren, Shauna, Stephanie, Mercedes, Kayli and Isabella. He is also survived by 2 great grandchildren.
