She is survived by: her sister Brynn of South Hadley; her grandparents, Martin Zebrowski, Cherie Remillard of South Hadley, Robert, Karen Adams of South Hadley and Her; her uncles, William Adams of South Hadley, Jason Zebrowski of South Hadley and Jeremy Zebrowski of California; her aunt Jessica of South Hadley; and her cousins, Alexxis, Blaise of Washington, Zoey Zebrowski and Karen Gardner of South Hadley.
In lieu of flowers the family has asked that memorial donations be made to Empty Arms Bereavement Support.
