Mitchell S. Kuzdzal Obituary
We are sad to announce that on March 10, 2021, at the age of 96, Mitchell S. Kuzdzal of Chicopee, Massachusetts passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph J. Kuzdzal and Mary Anna Kuzdzal (Sypek); and his brother Frederick Kuzdzal. He is survived by: his wife Jane Kuzdzal (Przybycien); his children, Maryann Kielbasa (Peter) of Ludlow and Timothy Kuzdzal (Joanne) of Chicopee; his grandchildren, Matthew, Michael Kielbasa, Rebecca and Adam Kuzdzal; and his sister-in-law Helen Czajka (Przybycien). He is also survived by his loving nieces and nephews.
