He was predeceased by: his wife Helena Nowak (Plachta). He is survived by: his daughters, Anna B. Ostrowska (Adam) of New Haven, CT, Dorothy M. Pinkas (Jan) of Belmont, Joanne M. Cebula of West Springfield and Diane S. Lukomski (Robert) of Chicopee; and his grandchildren, Matthew, Isabella Ostrowski, Stephanie, George, Samantha Pinkas, Nicholas, Adrianna, Veronica Cebula, Gabriela and Jakub Lukomski. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
