It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mildred Adamczyk (Chicopee, Massachusetts), who passed away on February 3, 2019, at the age of 99, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Emil A. Adamczyk; and her sister Mary Bonavita. She is survived by: her children, Stanley E. Adamczyk (Kelly J. Bizon) of Chicopee, Robert P. Adamczyk, Barbara A. Burke of Agawam, Thomas W. Adamczyk (Nancy) of West Springfield and CarolAnn O'Leary (Kevin) of Springfield; her grandchildren, Michael J. Adamczyk (Lorrie) of Chicopee, Barbara Lecuyer (Joseph) of Chicopee, Ashley Bogart (James) of Vienna, VA, Meghan O'Leary, Moira Shaw and Brendan O'Leary of Springfield; and her great grandchildren, Justin M. Adamczyk, Ronan, Killian Shaw, McKenna and Peyton Bogart.
