He was predeceased by: his parents, Peter M. Goonan and Sarah A. Goonan (Murphy); his son-in-law Robin L. "Rob" Campbell; and his siblings, John Goonan, Nora Goonan and Sarah Theresa O'Brien (John).
He is survived by: his wife Ann Goonan (Daly); his children, Judithann M. "Judy" Campbell of Springfield and Michael J. Goonan (Laurie) of Medfield; his grandchildren, Molly of Medfield and Ryan Goonan of Medfield; his sister Mary of Fatima, SSJ; his brother-in-law John Daly (Jeanne Marie) of Silver Springs, MD; his brother James Shea of Westfield; and also Mary Ann Goonan of Belchertown. He is also survived by nephews, nieces, cousins, friends.
