He was predeceased by: his brother-in-law Thomas Sarlan. He is survived by: his parents, Raymond Dziok and Trudy Dziok (Pieciak); his wife Eileen Dziok (Nahorniak); his daughters, Maria Sae-Hau and Diana Walcott; his children-in-law, Chris and Kevin; his siblings, Raymond Dziok (Kathleen) and Tracey Sarlan; his close friend Richard Niemiec (Kathleen); and his sister-in-law Maureen Nahorniak. He is also survived by her brothers and sisters; and many loving nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Saint Stanislaus School and The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society.
