He was predeceased by: his parents, Adrien E. Piotte and Mandoza A. Piotte (Coutu); and his brother-in-law Roger D. Forget. He is survived by: his children, Monique R. Piotte (Michael Florio) of Westfield, Andre M. Piotte (Jennifer) of Enfield, CT and Marc A. Piotte (Tammy) of Monson; his grandchildren, Colby Cousineau (Emily Harlow), Noah Cousineau (Angela Kelley), Kaylee, Morgan, Gabrielle, Ryder Piotte, Mariah and Dylan Stebbins; and his sister Alice P. Forget of Chicopee. He is also survived by nephews, nieces, cousins, numerous friends and extended family.
His family requests that memorial donations be made in his memory to the Soldiers' Home in Holyoke, 110 Cherry Street, Holyoke, MA 01040 or to Saint Joan of Arc School, 587 Grattan Street, Chicopee, MA 01020.
