She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Hayes and Ella Louise Hayes (Heben); and her siblings, Joseph "Sonny" Hayes, Jr., Glenn Hayes and Carolyn "Peaches" LeBlanc.
She is survived by: her children, Verneda M. Stover of Chicopee, Kenneth J. Liggon (Elvira Hernandez) of Corvallis, OR, Judy A. Liggon (Susana Maese) of Corvallis, OR, David L. Liggon of Ware, Barbara Jean Smoot of Westerville, OH, Denise L. Coleman (Jack) of Chicopee and Dena M. Champiney (Mark) of West Springfield; and her former husband Walter Liggon, Jr. of Corvallis, OR. She is also survived by grandchildren; her many cherished great-grandchildren.
