He was predeceased by: his father Frederick F. Pieciak. He is survived by: his mother Linda L. Pieciak (Pasquale); his wife Christine M. Pieciak (Beam); his siblings, Kenneth Pieciak (Diane) of Orleans and Pamela Pieciak of Chicopee; his mother-in-law Dorothy Beam of Chicopee; his sister-in-law Deborah Starrett-Chase of Holyoke; and his nieces and nephews, Jillian Pieciak, Matthew Pieciak, Daniel Zawidowski and Hilary Schnitzer. He is also survived by many other family members and friends.
