Urban (Ann) of East Longmeadow, Deborah Josefiak (Alan) of Chicopee, Joseph Roda (Julie) of Springfield and Frank Roda of Ludlow; her grandchildren, Edward W., Anthony, Jaime (Kris), Jennie, Alan, Nicholas, Matthew, Landon and Jeffrey Urban; her great grandchildren, Alexis, Haylee, Jackson and Logan; and her siblings, Robert, Albert Bushey of Chicopee, Alice Grenier, James Bushey and Kenneth Bushey. She was also cherished by extended family members and dear friends.
