She was predeceased by: her parents, Armand R. Forant and Anna M. Forant (Gosselin); and her siblings, Jean B. Crevier and Theodore Forant Sr.. She is survived by: her children, Debbie A. Perron of Chicopee and Thomas J. Perron (Nancy) of Chicopee; and her grandchildren, Kyle and Travis.
