She was predeceased by: her parents, Boleslaw Krawczyk and Katarzyna Krawczyk (Parzych); her husband Walter Szmigiel; and her daughter-in-law Sofia Szmigiel. She is survived by: her children, Veronica Lech (Christopher) of Feeding Hills, Christine Lee (Cuyler) of Rotonda West, FL, Joseph Szmigiel of Chicopee and Edward Szmigiel (Heather) of Rotonda West, FL; and her sister Zofia Wiecek (Marian) of Poland. She is also survived by grandchildren and six cherished great-grandchildren.
