She was predeceased by: her husband Piotr Kochanowicz; and her sister Stella Zuba. She is survived by: her children, Peter Kochanowicz Jr. (Pamela) of Ludlow, John Kochanowicz of Springfield, Janet Lareau (Christopher) of Agawam and Marjorie Kochanowicz of Springfield; her brothers, John Zuba of Poland and Walter Zuba (Hanka) of Poland; and her grandchildren, Ava, Amanda and Justin.
