She was predeceased by: her parents, John Wasilewski and Anna Wasilewski (Potyczka); her former husband Thomas J. Carey, Jr.; and her husband Antonio Massimilla. She is survived by: her children, Timothy J. Carey (Pam) of Johnsonville, NY and Elizabeth Ginepro of Granby, MA.; and her stepsons, Paul Massimilla and Phil Massimilla (Linda). She is also survived by 13 grandchildren and 19 great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in her memory to Immaculate Heart of Mary Church or to a local animal shelter for her love of dogs.
