With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Manuel Vilas-Boas (Chicopee, Massachusetts), who passed away on April 4, 2019 at the age of 69. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Daniel Lopes DeSa Vilas and Gloria Maria of Jesus; and his siblings, Daniel Vilas-Boas, Joaquim Vilas-Boas and Maria Teresa Vilas-Boas.
He is survived by: his wife Adelia Martins Vilas-Boas (Carreira) of Chicopee; his children, Felipe Carreira Vilas-Boas (Megan) of Norwood, MA and Carla Maria Forbes (Vilas-Boas); his grandson Colin Daniel Forbes; and his siblings, Artur Vilas-Boas of Portugal, Arminda of Portugal, Gloria of Portugal, Maria Alice of Portugal, Maria Helena of Portugal and Virginia Vilas-Boas of Portugal. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
