She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank A. Langevin and Lauretta Langevin (Poirier); her husband Rodger R. Chouinard; her son Ronald R. Chouinard; her brother Frank Langevin; and her grandsons, Michael J Kowal and Brian M. Kowal.
She is survived by: her siblings, Daniel Langevin (Mary) of Springfield, Raymond Langevin and Theresa Rollins; her grandchildren, Jennifer M. Kowal, Ronald R. Chouinard, Tracy M. Chouinard, Christopher Chagnon and Alfred Chagnon (Brittany); her great grandchildren, Nathan Chouinard, Amanda Santerre, Kaylin, Ariane, Christopher, Carson, Julia, Zoe and Mariah Chagnon; and also, Carol of Chicopee, Diane Adamczyk (Stephen) of Chicopee and Denise Margoli (Bear) of Hampden. She is also survived by extended family members and dear friends.
