It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lionel Picard (Chicopee, Massachusetts), born in Holyoke, Massachusetts, who passed away on April 9, 2023, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Lionel A. Picard and Blanche B. Picard (Labreque). He is survived by: his wife Elaine G. Picard (Fontaine) of Chicopee; his children, Michael Picard of Millbury, Matthew Picard (Jamie) of Chicopee and Laurie Picard-Gherardi (Edward) of Chicopee; his sister Marcella Hebert of Bernardston; his grandchildren, Samantha (Gio), Spencer, Madalynn and Evan; his great grandchild Elijah; and his nephew Lee Hebert.
