She was predeceased by: her parents, Theodore Krzyzek and Wanda Krzyzek (Gwozdzek); and her brother Theodore "Taj" Krzyzek. She is survived by: her husband James Galica of Chicopee; her daughters, Cynthia Cannamela (James) of Springfield, IL and Deborah Yensen (Donnie) of Southwick; her stepsons, Greg Galica (Fran) of Chicopee and Daniel Galica (Melissa) of Chicopee; her brother Walter "Jim" Krzyzek (Marilyn) of Las Vegas, NV; her sister-in-law Annette Krzyzek of Ludlow; and her grandchildren, Vincent, Mario, Grant, Ashley, Lauren and Jonathan. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
