He is survived by: his former wife Kathleen Boutin; his children, Sheryl A. Yelinek (James), Michael L. Boutin (Janice) and Laura Hunt (Bryan); his grandchildren, James J. Yelinek Jr., Alyssa K. Yelinek, Jeffrey B. Yelinek, Kyleigh K. Oliveira, Quinnlyn S. Hunt, Sharell L. Mollison, Michael Boutin Jr., Nicole Boutin and Matthew Boutin; and his great grandchildren, Brooks, Gabriella and Amelia Boutin.
