He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Wegryzn and Josephine J. Barna (Minkos); and his brothers, Ronald "Wiggy" Wegrzyn and John J. "Skip" Barna Jr.. He is survived by: his sons, Darrell Wegrzyn of New Port Richie, FL and Randy Wegrzyn (Alla) of Naples, FL; and his grandchildren, Kayli and Ava.
