She was predeceased by: her parents, Edmond A. Lemelin and Lucienne M. Lemelin (Boutin); her nephew Jamie S. Lemelin; and her sister-in-law Deborah "Debbie" Lemelin. She is survived by: her brothers, Jean Guy Lemelin (Doris) of Springfield, Lucien G. Lemelin of Delray Beach, FL, Damien P. Lemelin (Sue Bouffard) of Chicopee and Donald J. Lemelin (Carrie) of Chicopee. She is also survived by nephews, nieces, cousins, numerous friends and extended family.

Her family requests that memorial donations be made in her memory to Saint Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 Saint Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105-9959.
