She is survived by: her parents, Sandra Kacenski and Bernard Kacenski of South Hadley; her boyfriend Kyle Griffith of Springfield; her boyfriend's child Ryan; and also Deb Lemke Griffith of Springfield. She is also survived by several aunts, uncles and cousins.

Donations may be made in Lauren's memory to Dakin Humane Society, 17 Union St, Springfield, MA 01105.
