Fagan, III (Lauren) of Lake Worth, FL, Christine E. MacTavish (Donald) of Belchertown and Scott F. Fagan (Ashley) of Chicopee; her siblings, Kurt Dolphin of Chicopee and Karen Dolphin of Longmont, CO; and her grandchildren, Haley Fagan, Liam Fagan, Nolan MacTavish, Riley Fagan, Torrence MacTavish and Virginia Fagan.
