He is survived by: his parent Karen MacNeal of West Springfield; his wife Charlene (Meunier) of Holyoke; his children, Shannon MacNeal of Ware and John MacNeal of Chicopee; his siblings, Kristie Haile of West Springfield, Kurt of West Springfield and Keith of Worcester; and also, Craig DeSantis of Ware, Trisha of West Springfield and Paula of Worcester. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
