He is survived by: his wife Teresa Zawadzki (Gumieniak); his children, Sylvia Zawadzki (Pawel Zakowicz) of Newburyport, Arthur Zawadzki and Jessica Krupa of South Hadley; his grandchildren, Milan, Austin, Hayden, Jayden and Julianna; and his sister Irena Zych of Poland.
