She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Kapinos and Mary Kapinos (Popielarz); her husband Frank Sypek; her sons, Gregory and Orlando; and her pet Teddy.
She is survived by: her children, David Silvia (Sandy) of Lakeland, FL and Maryann J. Silvia (Rick) of Worthington; her grandchildren, Jennifer (Jimmy), Aaron (Victoria) and Gregory; and her great grandchildren, Ryan, Kaelyn, Eliana and Elizabeth. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Thursday, April 24th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Kozikowski Funeral Home (565 Front St, Chicopee, MA 01013). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Friday, April 25th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the St. Stanislaus Basilica (566 Front St, Chicopee, MA 01013).
