She is survived by: her husband Richard R. "Dickey" Blain; her children, Michael R. Blain (Therese) of Springfield, James P. "Jim" Blain (Anne-Margaret) of Longmeadow and Mary P. Mazza (Tom) of East Longmeadow; her grandchildren, Madison Blain, Daniel Blain, John Blain (Caroline), Ryan Blain, Thomas Mazza (Gabrielle), Hunter Mazza, Luke Mazza and Ava Mazza; her great grandchild John "Jack" Blain; her siblings-in-law, Rose Migliore (William) of Vero Beach, FL and Jerry Blain (Robyn) of Belchertown; and also Kathy Pierce of Springfield.
Her family requests that memorial donations be made in her memory to a charity of the donor's choice.
